At Nirogfit Ayurveda, we ensure the highest quality of our products. Due to the nature of Ayurvedic consumables, we follow a strict return policy.

We do not accept returns on opened or used products such as capsules or resins due to hygiene and safety reasons.

Returns are only accepted if the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect at the time of delivery. Customers must raise a request within 48 hours of delivery along with proper photo or video proof.

All returned items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.

Once approved, customers will receive a replacement or refund within 5–7 working days. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method or as store credit.

Orders can only be cancelled before dispatch. No cancellations are allowed after shipment.

Nirogfit Ayurveda reserves the right to deny returns that do not meet the above conditions.
